Coaching

AIM CoachGPS Monitoring alone is punitive and does not support sustained behavior changes, which is why the GPS/cellular device is secondary to program structure and coaching sessions. Results indicate coaching is the most important element in AIM’s success.

AIM Coaches:

  • Guide and support students without punishment
  • Show students that somebody cares about them Help at-risk students make better decisions.
  • Challenge kids to think differently about themselves and try new behaviors. Help students stay engaged in learning.
  • Assist students in learning the beneficial consequences of taking personal responsibility for all behaviors.
  • Help students build solid relationships with parents, schools, and peers.

AIM coaching plans are individualized and show every student a new vision of a bright future when goals are met.

AIM coaches look beneath the surface of each student to understand their unique character.
