AIM Program
The Attendance Improvement Management (AIM) system is a proven truancy reduction system that incorporates individualized coaching, technology, and structure. AIM is consistently successful in teaching students how to show-up, catch-up, and get back on track to graduate.
Coaching
AIM uses one-on-one contact between coaches and students to teach the importance of following rules. With AIM, students are challenged to think differently about themselves and their behaviors.
In the beginning, every student receives an assessment from a trained AIM professional which allows for the development of an individualized path to success.
AIM Students are coached with positive reinforcement to:
- Take responsibility for their actions
- Build relationships with their parents, schools, and peers
- See the benefits of making good choices
- Sustain behavioral changes following the AIM program

Structure
AIM enforces realistic boundaries and attainable goals, and interacts with students 6-8 times everyday.
Technology
AIM’s unique hand-held GPS/Cellular device complements the program’s structure and coaching to:
- Locate students in real-time via the internet
- Serve as a constant reminder to observe program boundaries
- Provide students an excuse to “opt out” of negative peer pressure
